Passed the Senate this afternoon. The governor is supposed to sign it at 5PM this evening. We’ve been here before, but we’ve replaced the governor.

The bill has been signed and will go into effect Nov. 1st, 2019. That gives Oklahoma three of my four carry 'wishes'. We now have Concealed Carry, Open Carry, and Constitutional Carry. All we are missing is Campus Carry and we'll have the full set.
