The SunTimes reports today that Daley may not challange the Heller Decision. I personally find it surprising he's thinking at all these days. The city is over 400 million in debt and this joker wants to spend more tax dollars to fight a SCOTUS decision. God, we can only hope somebody is getting thru to this guy....
