Nowhere in the Bill of Rights is there a limitation on the people.
That's it in a nutshell. It took from 1787-December 15, 1791 to hammer that out

And that is made perfectly clear in the preamble: "THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution."

It is shocking and disgusting to me how so called "jurists" and "constitutional scholars" ignore the plain written language that clearly lays out the intent of the BOR.
